REPAIR METHOD OF RUST CORROSION OF METAL MATERIAL AND REPAIR STRUCTURE OF RUST CORROSION OF METAL MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method and a repair structure of a rust corrosion of a metal material, which can prevent rust generation for a long period after repair construction of a metal material, in particular steel material, having a rust corrosion and reduce repair work cost.SOLUTION: In a repair structure and a repair method of a rust corrosion of a metal material according to this invention, specifically rust formed on a rust corrosion 12 of a steel material 11 is removed, a passivation film 30 is formed in a rust corrosion area from which the rust was removed, and a primer hardening layer 40a, a putty agent hardening layer 60a, a sheet material hardening layer 50a are formed on the passivation film 30 in short time by adequately combining a photo-curing primer, a putty agent and sheet according to the form of the rust corrosion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】錆腐食部を有する金属材、特に鉄鋼材の補修施工後において錆発生を長期間防止し、もって補修作業費を軽減できる金属材の錆腐食部の補修構造及び補修構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、特に、鉄鋼材11の錆腐食部12に形成された錆を除去し、錆を除去した錆腐食部領域に不動態皮膜層30を形成し、この不動態皮膜層30に対して、錆腐食部の形態に応じて、光硬化性のプライマー、パテ剤、シートを適宜組み合わせて、短時間でプライマーの硬化層40a、パテ剤の硬化層60a、シート材の硬化層50aを形成する金属材の錆腐食部の補修構造及びその補修構造である。【選択図】図2
