PREPARATION METHOD OF HIGH-EARLY-STRENGTH CONCRETE AND CURED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of a high-early-strength concrete promoting aggregation and curing at early time by stopping flowability quickly when filling of parts is completed sequentially while maintaining flowability during filling operation and a cured body thereof for overcoming problems that there is need for constructing a frame having a sufficient framework in a concrete construction for filling and installing concrete excellent in flowability and cost and labor are required for the operation and there is need for shortening construction period of the concrete construction.SOLUTION: There is provided a preparation method of a high-early-strength concrete, including mixing a concrete of a base blend and then adding, to the concrete slurry, a predetermined amount of an admixture composition containing, at a specific ratio, constitutional components containing A component:one or more selected from specific polyacrylamide and specific polyacrylic acid alkali metal salt, B component: silicate alkali metal salt, C component: specific polyalkylene glycol monoalkyl ether, D component: sodium phosphate, and E component: water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】流動性の優れたコンクリートを充填し打設するコンクリート工事では充分な骨組みを有する型枠を組み立てる必要があり、その作業に費用と手間がかかる。また、コンクリート工事の工期の短縮を図るという問題がある。充填作業中は流動性を保ちつつ、逐次部位の充填が終了すると速やかに流動性が停止し早期に凝結・硬化を促進する早強性コンクリートの調製方法及びその硬化体を提供。【解決手段】ベース配合のコンクリートを練り混ぜた後、該コンクリートスラリーに対して、A成分:特定のポリアクリルアミド及び特定のポリアクリル酸アルカリ金属塩の中から選ばれる一つ又は2つ以上、B成分:ケイ酸アルカリ金属塩、C成分:特定のポリアルキレングリコールモノアルキルエーテル、D成分:リン酸ナトリウム、E成分:水、からなる構成成分を特定割合で含有する混和剤組成物の所定量を添加して含有させることを特徴とする早強性コンクリートの調製方法。【選択図】なし
