PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent sintered material that has few flaws derived from air bubble.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a ceramic molded article comprising at least a step of pressure forming a ceramic granule having a quotient of loose bulk density and consolidated bulk density of Hausner ratio exceeding 1.0 and not more than 1.2. Also provided is a method for producing a transparent sintered material, comprising at least each step of the above-described production method for obtaining a ceramic molded article, and a step of heating and sintering the obtained ceramic molded article to produce a transparent sintered material, and in which the transparent sintered material has a linear transmittance at a wavelength of 600 nm or more and 2000 nm or less and at a wavelength other than the characteristic absorption attributed to the element of 78% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】気泡由来の欠陥が少ない透明焼結体を提供する。【解決手段】緩めかさ密度と固めかさ密度の商の値であるハウスナー比が1.0を超えて1.2以下のセラミックス顆粒を、加圧成形する工程を少なくとも含む、セラミックス成型品の製造方法である。また、セラミックス成型品を得るための上記の製造方法の各工程と、得られた前記セラミックス成型品を加熱して焼結させ、透明焼結体を得る工程とを少なくとも含み、前記透明焼結体が、600nm以上2000nm以下の波長であり、且つ元素由来の特性吸収以外の波長において78%以上の直線透過率である、透明焼結体の製造方法である。【選択図】なし
