PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device for coping with a height adjustable rail wavy abrasion, capable of suppressing noise and vibration during travel of a train by simply attaining height adjustment of a rail head part.SOLUTION: A fastening device 100 for coping with height adjustable rail wavy abrasion includes a rail pad 110, a tie plate 120, a tie plate pad 130, a pair of right and left leaf spring clips 140, 140, a pair of right and left fastening bolts 150, 150, a pair of right and left embedded plugs 160, 160, a pair of right and left spring receiving seats 170, 170, and a height adjusting packing 180 which is inserted between a flat rail installation seat face S1 and the tie plate pad 130 and the spring receiving seat 170 so that the tie plate pad 130 and the spring receiving seat 170 are seated. A rail R is raised by the height adjusting packing 180 for adjusting height of a rail head part R3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
