CURBSTONE INTEGRAL TYPE SIDE DITCH BLOCK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curbstone integral type side ditch block and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of separating a curbstone block part, without excavating an asphalt layer.SOLUTION: A curbstone integral type side ditch block 1 is manufactured by integrally molding a side ditch block part 3 and a curbstone block part 2 arranged in an upper part of the side ditch block part 3 and extending in the longitudinal direction of the side ditch block part 3 by ready mixed concrete, and comprises a separation member 5 buried along the curbstone block part 2, in a lower position of a boundary part between the side ditch block part 3 and the curbstone block part 2, and comprises work areas 3a and 3b for forming a gap toward the left-right end parts when viewed from the longitudinal direction of the separation member 5, on an upper surface of the side ditch block part 3 and in both left-right side positions when viewed from the longitudinal direction of the curbstone block part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アスファルト層等を掘削することなく、縁石ブロック部を分離させることが可能な縁石一体型側溝ブロックおよびその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】側溝ブロック部３と、側溝ブロック部３の上部に配され、側溝ブロック部３の長手方向に延びる縁石ブロック部２とが、生コンクリートにより一体に成型されて製造された縁石一体型側溝ブロック１であって、側溝ブロック部３と縁石ブロック部２との境界部分の下方位置に、縁石ブロック部２に沿って埋め込まれた分離用部材５を有し、側溝ブロック部３の上面であって縁石ブロック部２の長手方向からみて左右両側方位置に、分離用部材５の長手方向からみて左右端部へ向かって切れ目を入れるための作業領域３ａ，３ｂを有する。【選択図】図１
