PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that general roof is so configured to have an inclination in order to flow fallen rain water, but not so flat that a human may easily work on the roof, or the roof is not so configured that plantation, garden, and an outdoor facility are established thereon, or it is a usual case that the garden, the plantation, and the outdoor facility are established on the ground, thus they are not so constructed that they are moved, such as separated, brought up, replaced, transported, from the ground to be used and that they are displayed for sell and rent.SOLUTION: The problems may be solved: by forming the roof as a flat space on which a human may easily work thereon; by providing a gradient and a drainage structure so that fallen rain water flows even if the rooftop is flat; by establishing garden, plantation, and an outdoor facility on an independent gardening table with which the garden, the plantation, and the outdoor facility may be separated from the ground; and by forming plates and the like which may be attached onto a deck and has roof function in an integrated manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】 一般に屋根は傾斜をつけて降った雨水を流すように作られていて，平坦で人が屋根の上で容易に活動出来るように作られていないこと又屋根の上は植栽や庭園，屋外用設備を施す様に作られていない，又庭園や植栽，屋外設備は地上面に施工するケースが一般的で，地上面から切り離して持ち上げ，入替え，運搬などの移動をして使うことや展示販売，レンタルなどして使う様に作られていない。【解決手段】 屋根の上に人が乗って活動し易い平坦なスペースにすることと共に屋上を平坦にしても降った雨水が流れるような勾配と排水構造を備えること又庭園や植栽，屋外設備が地面と切り離せる独立した作庭台の上に庭園や植栽，屋外設備を作ること及びデッキ取り付けが可能な屋根機能を兼ねるプレートなどを一体化して作ることで前記載の課題を解決することが出来る。【選択図】図１０
