PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling bentonite formed body in which a higher filling density can be realized.SOLUTION: The method for filling bentonite formed body is a method in which a bentonite powder is added with water and the mixture is kneaded, and compression molded in a reduced pressure atmosphere in a vacuum state of 1000 Pa or less to produce a wet bentonite solid body, rounding the same into an approximately spherical shape to form a wet pellet and drying-and-shrinking the same to produce a high density and approximately spherical shape bentonite formed body, and filling the produced bentonite formed body into a predetermined space, and in which the bentonite formed body comprises approximately spherical shape pellets of 3 kinds of large, medium and small particle sizes, and the particle size ratio of large particle size pellet to medium particle size pellet and the particle size ratio of medium particle size pellet to small particle size pellet are 10.5 folds or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2-2
【課題】より高い充てん密度を実現することのできるベントナイト成形体の充てん方法を提供する。【解決手段】ベントナイト粉体に水を添加して混練し、1000Pa以下の真空状態の減圧雰囲気において圧縮成形して湿潤ベントナイト固形体を作り、これを略球状に丸めた湿潤ペレットを乾燥収縮させて高密度の略球状のベントナイト成形体を製造し、製造したベントナイト成形体を所定の空間に充てんする方法であって、ベントナイト成形体は大中小3種類の粒径の略球状のペレットからなり、大粒径ペレットと中粒径ペレットの粒径比および中粒径ペレットと小粒径ペレットの粒径比が10.5倍以上であるようにする。【選択図】図2−2
