HIGH-STRENGTH FIXTURE FOR SOUND INSULATION PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength fixture which is adaptive to 6 kN as bearing force of a sound insulation plate.SOLUTION: A high-strength fixture is composed of a bearing force transmission member 1 formed by bending a steel plate and a wedge 2 for fixing a sound insulation plate 4, and the bearing force transmission member includes a suspension face part 11 lowered from an inner end along a surface of a sound insulation plate 4 with a support piece inserted into a groove 3a of a column 3. A press-contact face part is formed that a lower end of the suspension face part 11 is brought into contact with toward an opposed groove wall inner face of the column 3, and an input part is formed which is in contact with or opposed to a front face across a slight gas. A forward part is formed into a tension face part which abuts toward a root part of the press-contact face part to be tensed. By driving wedge 2 in between the suspension face part 11 and input part, the input part of the bearing force transmission member 1 is pushed away with the wedge 2 and the tension face part of the input part abuts toward the root part of the press-contact face part to be tensed, so that the sound insulation plate 4 positioned in the groove 3a of the column 3 is pressed by the suspension face part 11 to be fixed to the groove wall inner face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】遮音板の支持力として6kNにも対応可能な高強度固定金具を提供する。【解決手段】鋼板を折り曲げ加工して形成された支持力伝達部材1と、遮音板4を固定する楔2とで構成され、支柱3の溝3a内へ挿入して、内端から遮音板4の表面に沿って下降する懸垂面部11がある懸垂面部11の下端を支柱3の対向する溝壁内面に向かって当接する圧接面部が形成され、前面に接触するか又は若干の隙間を空けて対峙する入力部が形成される。先方部分は、前記圧接面部の根元部分に向かって当接し突っ張る突っ張り面部に形成される。前記楔2を前記懸垂面部11と入力部との間へ打ち込むと、支持力伝達部材1の入力部が楔2で押し退けられる作用、及び前記入力部の突っ張り面部が圧接面部の根元部分に向かって当接し突っ張り、支柱3の溝3a内に位置する遮音板4は前記懸垂面部11で押され溝壁内面へ固定される。【選択図】図5
