PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a human motion sensor being incapable of determining whether or not a person to be a detection target has a right to perform locking/unlocking, though detection of motion of a user having the right to perform locking/unlocking is required for smoothly executing locking/unlocking of an electronic lock device.SOLUTION: An electronic lock management device comprises: a reception unit that from a portable terminal in which authentication information for locking/unlocking an electronic lock device is stored, receives the authentication information; an acquisition unit that acquires variations in intensity of an electric wave originated from the portable terminal storing the authentication information received by the reception unit; determination unit that on the basis of the variations, determines a direction of movement of the portable terminal with respect to a door to be locked/unlocked by the electronic lock device; and a transmission unit that on the basis of the direction of movement, at least either of an unlocking signal and a locking signal to the electronic lock device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電子錠装置の施解錠を円滑に実行するためには、施解錠の権限を有する利用者の動きを検出する必要があるが、人感センサによっては検出対象となる人物が施解錠の権限を有するか否かまでは判断できなかった。【解決手段】電子錠管理装置は、電子錠装置を施解錠する認証情報が格納された携帯端末から認証情報を受信する受信部と、受信部が受信した認証情報を格納する携帯端末から発信される電波の強度の変化を取得する取得部と、電子錠装置によって施解錠される扉に対する携帯端末の移動方向を変化に基づいて判断する判断部と、解錠信号および施錠信号の少なくともいずれかを移動方向に基づいて電子錠装置に送信する送信部とを備える。【選択図】図１
