PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member of a solar cell module, a fixing structure of the solar cell module and a fixing method of the solar cell module in which the fixing strength to the roof top of the solar cell module can be increased.SOLUTION: A fixing member 10 of a solar cell module comprises a first lower piece 11 extending horizontally, a standing piece 12 extending from the first lower piece 11 to the upper part, a first upper piece 13 extending from the upper end of the standing piece 12, a second lower piece 14 extending from the lower end of the standing piece 12, a projection 15 projected to the second lower piece 14 side in the lower part of the standing piece 12, a second upper piece 16 extending from the upper end of the standing piece 12, multiple leg pieces 17 extending from the first lower piece 11 and the second lower piece 14 to the lower part, a bottom piece 18 connected with the lower end of the leg pieces 17 and extended along the first lower piece 11 and the second lower piece 14, and a through-hole 11a penetrating through the first lower piece 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
