LINING CONSTRUCTION METHOD TO PIPING INNER SURFACE AND LINING AGENT FOR PIPING INNER SURFACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining construction method to a piping inner surface using a lining agent which is cured extremely moderately at a temperature near a room temperature, on the other hand, is cured quickly when being heated, and to provide the lining agent suitably used in the lining construction method.SOLUTION: A lining construction method to a piping inner surface includes the steps of: forming a coated film made of a lining agent for a piping inner surface on a piping inner surface; and heating and curing the coated film by bringing the coated film into contact with hot water. Therein, the lining agent includes an epoxy compound (I) and a curing agent (II), and the curing agent (II) contains a compound which produces an imidazole compound represented by formula (II-1) according to hydrolysis.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】室温付近の温度では極めてゆっくりと硬化する一方で、加温された際には速やかに硬化するライニング剤を用いる配管内面へのライニング施工方法と、当該方法において好適に用いられるライニング剤の提供。【解決手段】配管内面用のライニング剤からなる塗布膜を配管の内面に形成することと、前記塗布膜を温水と接触させることにより加温して硬化させることと、を含み、前記ライニング剤が、(I)エポキシ化合物と、(II)硬化剤と、を含み、前記(II)硬化剤が、加水分解により、式(II−1)で表されるイミダゾール化合物を発生させる化合物を含む、配管内面へのライニング施工方法。【選択図】なし
