DRAINAGE WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT METHOD AND WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage water quality management method and a water quality management system which enable operation to be maintained while preventing drainage water which does not meet a predetermined water quality standard from being discharged into a public water area.SOLUTION: A business establishment has a plurality of drainage ditches 10 to discharge drainage water generated in association with operation into a public water area S through a wastewater treatment facilities 7, 8 and 9 and to discharge rainwater in the business establishment into the public water area S. In the business establishment, with a water quality measurement device 28 installed in a storage tank 12 and a water level gauge 32 and the water quality measurement device 34 installed in at least one drainage ditch 10b, water quality of water in the storage tank 12 and a water level and the water quality of the water in the drainage ditch 10b are measured. An allowable confluence flow rate, which is a flow rate of the water in the storage tank 12 allowed to be discharged into the drainage ditch 10b while maintaining the water quality of mixed water in the drainage ditch within a predetermined water quality standard, is calculated on the basis of measurement results of the water quality of the water in the storage tank 12 and the water level and the water quality of the water in the drainage ditch 10b. Then, the water in the storage tank 12 is discharged into the drainage ditch 10b at a flow rate within the calculated allowable confluence flow rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】公共用水域への所定の水質基準を満たさない排水の排出を防止しつつ、操業を継続させることが可能な排水の水質管理方法および水質管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】操業に伴い発生する排水を水処理設備7,8,9を介して公共用水域Sに排出するとともに事業所内の降雨水を公共用水域Sに排出する複数の排水路10を備える事業所において、貯留タンク12に水質測定装置28を設けておくとともに、少なくとも1つの排水路10bに水位計32と水質測定装置34とをそれぞれ設けておき、貯留タンク12内の水質を測定し、排水路10bの水位を測定するとともに水質を測定し、貯留タンク12の水質の測定結果と排水路10bの水質および水位の測定結果とに基づき、排水路10bにおいて、貯留タンク12内の水が合流されてもなお所定の水質基準を満たす合流可能流量を算出し、貯留タンク12内の水を、算出された合流可能流量の範囲内で排水路10bに合流させる。【選択図】図1
