PRECAUTIONARY MAINTENANCE METHOD FOR EXISTING STEEL BRIDGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precautionary maintenance method for a steel bridge, by which, with respect to an existing steel bridge, working efficiency is improved and precautionary maintenance may be realized at the field at a low cost, and thereby service life is elongated so that serious accident may be prevented in advance.SOLUTION: A precautionary maintenance method for an existing steel bridge K comprises a first step where a temporary curing installation meeting with requirements for type 1 clean in a coating operation is newly constructed in the existing steel bridge K, and a second step where an operator is present in the temporary curing installation and the operator hits surface of the existing steel bridge K by a large number of shots S at a predetermined speed for improving fatigue strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】既設の鋼橋に対して、作業効率を向上させ、かつ、低コストで現場にて予防保全することができ、もって長寿命化を図って重大事故を未然に防止することができる鋼橋の予防保全方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設の鋼橋Kの予防保全方法は、既設の鋼橋Kに対して、塗装作業における1種ケレンの要件を満たす仮設養生設備を新たに構築する第1工程と、第1工程の後に、前記仮設養生設備内に作業者が配置され、該作業者によって既設の鋼橋Kの表面に対して、疲労強度を向上させるための無数のショットSを所定速度で打ち当てる第2工程と、を含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
