ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURE, EXTERIOR UNIT AND ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURE RENOVATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architectural structure capable of creating a new value of scaffolding for renovation and thereby utilizing an existing stock.SOLUTION: An architectural structure 1 is constructed by covering four side faces of a building 10 with exterior units 2. Each exterior unit 2: can be used as scaffolding enabling the building 10 to be flexibly renovated; and improves seismic resistance of the building 10. The exterior unit 2 is a frame 20 made up of floor plates 21 and column materials 22 and rigidly and integrally connected to the building 10. The exterior unit 2 is not a temporary member but a permanent member which can be repeatedly used for renovations of the building 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】改修用の足場に新たな価値を提供し、以て既存ストックを有効活用できる建築物等を提供する。【解決手段】建築物１は、建物１０の周囲の４つの側面を外装ユニット２で覆って構成したものである。外装ユニット２は、これを足場として建物１０を自由に改修可能とし、且つ建物１０の耐震性も向上させたものである。外装ユニット２は、床板２１と柱材２２からなるフレーム２０によって構成され、フレーム２０が建物１０に剛結して一体化される。外装ユニット２は仮設でなく本設のものであり、これを利用して建物１０の改修を繰り返すことができる。【選択図】図１
