PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation panel capable of being easily installed and capable of achieving an improvement in thermal insulation performance and prevention of dew condensation, a heat insulation method, a frame body for the heat insulation panel, and a heat insulation panel component member.SOLUTION: A soft heat insulation material layer 2 is arranged on the indoor side of a skeleton C, and a hard heat insulation material layer 3 is arranged on the indoor side of the soft heat insulation material layer 2. A frame body 4 is arranged on the indoor side of the hard heat insulation material layer 3 in such a manner that the hard heat insulation material layer 3 is interposed between itself and the soft heat insulation material layer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
