PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a mud material capable of long term tapping and conducting stable pore opening.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a mud material for blocking a blast furnace tap pore consists of a first process for mixing a particulate matter of a refractory aggregate, a second process for adding an organic binder to a mixture obtained in the first process and mixing them and a third process for adding stearic acid or stearate or both to a mixture obtained in the second process and mixing them again.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の目的は、長時間出銑を可能とすると同時に、安定的な開孔を行うことができるマッド材の製造方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】本発明の高炉出銑孔閉塞用マッド材の製造方法は、耐火骨材の粉粒体を混合する第１工程と、第１工程で得られた混合物に、有機バインダーを添加して混練する第２工程と、第２工程で得られた混練物に、ステアリン酸またはステアリン酸塩またはそれら両者とを添加して再び混練する第３工程からなることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
