COLUMN-BEAM JOINING STRUCTURE OF STEEL MATERIAL BUILT-IN WOOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column-beam joining structure of steel material built-in fireproof wood for constituting a wooden fireproof building.SOLUTION: In a joining part of a column and a beam of fireproof wood for constituting a wooden fireproof building, an end surface of an H-shaped steel beam 2 formed by welding both flanges of the H-shaped steel beam 2 and ends of long pieces of a pair of L-shaped hardware 6, is allowed to abut on a flange outer surface of an H-shaped steel column 1 after vertically setting the long pieces of the L-shaped hardware 6 each having a plurality of bolt through-holes 8 to the H-shape steel end surface of a fireproof wood beam 2 using H-shaped steel, and a plurality of bolt through-holes 8 provided on a flange surface of the H-shaped steel column 1 and the bolt through-holes 8 formed on the end surface of the H-shaped steel beam 2 are adjusted, and HTB bolts 9 are inserted from the inside of the H-shaped steel column 1, and HTB nuts 10 are threadedly engaged with/joined to the tips of the bolts projected from the hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】本発明は、木造耐火建築物を構成する耐火木材の鋼材内蔵型の柱と梁の接合構造を提供すること。【解決手段】木造耐火建築物を構成する耐火木材の柱と梁の接合部にあって、H形鋼を用いた耐火木材梁2のH形鋼端面に、一対のL字状金物6で、複数のボルト貫通孔8を有する長片を垂直にして、前記H形鋼梁2の両フランジと、前記L字状金物6長片の端とを溶着し形成されたH形鋼梁2の端面を、前記H形鋼柱1フランジ外面に当設し、前記H形鋼柱1フランジ面に設けている複数のボルト貫通孔8と、前記H形鋼梁2の端面に形成しているボルト貫通孔8を合わせて、H形鋼柱1の内部からHTBボルト9を挿入し、孔から突出したボルトの先端にHTBナット10を螺合結合したこと。【選択図】図4
