RUNNER FOR FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust frictional resistance and manufacturing cost of a runner for a fitting in response to a request specification of the fitting.SOLUTION: In a runner 1 for a fitting (a door roller 1A) having a plurality of wheels 11 and 12 for travelling along a rail of the fitting, a bearing of a wheel 11 is formed as a rolling bearing B1, and a bearing of a wheel 12 is formed as a bearing bush B2. Frictional resistance of the runner 1 for the fitting becomes larger than being the rolling bearing B1 in the whole number, and the frictional resistance of the runner 1 for the fitting becomes smaller than being the bearing bush B2 in the whole number. Thus, even when weight of a sash is large, an inertial travel quantity of the sash by inertial force can be reduced without reducing operability so much. Besides, since manufacturing cost is smaller in the wheel 12 having the bearing bush B2 than the wheel 11 having the rolling bearing B1, the manufacturing cost can be reduced more than being the rolling bearing B1 in the whole number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建具用ランナーの摩擦抵抗や製造コストを建具の要求仕様に合わせて調整しやすくする。【解決手段】建具のレールに沿って走行する、複数の車輪11,12を備えた建具用ランナー1(戸車1A)であって、車輪11の軸受を転がり軸受B1とし、車輪12の軸受を軸受ブッシュB2とした。全数が転がり軸受B1であるものよりも建具用ランナー1の摩擦抵抗が大きくなり、全数が軸受ブッシュB2であるものよりも建具用ランナー1の摩擦抵抗が小さくなる。よって、障子の重量が大きい場合であっても、操作性をあまり低下させることなく、慣性力による障子の惰走量を小さくできる。その上、転がり軸受B1を備えた車輪11よりも軸受ブッシュB2を備えた車輪12の方が製造コストが小さいので、全数が転がり軸受B1であるものよりも製造コストを低減できる。【選択図】図2
