PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery laying structure which uses a solar battery composite panel constructed by arranging a thermal insulation material on a back surface side of a solar battery and can be applied to a variety of architectural structures as a roof structure.SOLUTION: In a solar battery laying structure, solar battery composite panels 4 in each of which a solar battery 1 and a thermal insulation material 3 having no water permeability at least on its surface, are united with a gap 2 provided therebetween, are laid out in a flow direction and a direction intersecting the flow direction so that the surfaces of the solar batteries 1 are approximately flat. The solar battery composite panels 4, 4 adjacent in both of the directions are connected in a water proofing manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
