LIGHT REFLECTION DEVICE IN COMPUTERIZED CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM OF EARTH CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light reflection device in a computerized construction system of earth construction which is excellent in vibration resistance and impact resistance and suppresses reduction in a work efficiency.SOLUTION: A light reflection device 20 in a computerized construction system of earth construction: includes six corner cube prisms 1 that receive and reflect a light wave, a storage container 2 that stores and holds the corner cube prism 1, first and second fixing plates 6 and 9 for fixing the storage container 2, and a bolt 5 that fixes the storage container 2 and the first and second fixing plates 6 and 9; and is structured so as to fill a gap formed between a back face 1c and a side face 1b of the corner cube prism 1 and an inner face of the storage container 2 with a cushioning material, to mount first and second impact absorption members 7 and 8 between the first and second fixing plates 6 and 9 and the storage container 2 and mount a third impact absorption member 4 between the bolt 5 and the storage container 2, and to mount a transparent water-repellent protective cover 13 on an outer face of the storage container 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 耐振動性、耐衝撃性に優れ、更には、作業効率の低下を抑えた土工事の情報化施工システムにおける光反射装置を提供する。【解決手段】 光波を受光して反射する6個のコーナーキューブプリズム1と、このコーナーキューブプリズム1を収容保持する収納容器2と、この収納容器2を固定するための第一、第二の固定板6,9と、収納容器2及び第一第二の固定板6,9を固定するボルト5とを備えた土工事の情報化施工システムにおける光反射装置20において、コーナーキューブプリズム1の背面1cと側面1b及び収納容器2内面間に形成される間隙に緩衝材を充填するとともに、第一、第二の固定板6、9と収納容器2間に第一、第二の衝撃緩衝部材7,8、ボルト5と収容容器2間に第三の衝撃緩衝部材4を取り付け、かつ、収納容器2外面に、撥水加工した透明な保護カバー13を取り付ける構成とした。【選択図】 図2
