METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RADIOACTIVE WASTE SOLIDIFIED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a radioactive waste solidified body that does not easily explode compared with that manufactured by a conventional method.SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a radioactive waste solidified body, a mixture that is obtained by mixing a radioactive waste into a dio-polymer composition 11 is solidified to thereby manufacture a solidified body 1 (1A-1F) containing the radioactive waste solidified by the dio-polymer 2. The method includes: a step of mixing the radioactive waste, the dio-polymer 2, and an additive agent 12 (14) that contains at least one selected from a solid organic substance, an inorganic porous body, an organic solvent, an inorganic fiber, and a foaming agent to form a mixture 10 (20, 30) containing an additive material; and a step of causing the mixture 10 (20, 30) containing the additive material to react to solidify the dio-polymer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
