PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface decorative panel in which a decorative surface layer can be thinned while dimensional stability can be improved, and a surface appearance can be improved; to provide a decorative panel including the surface decorative panel; and to provide a method for manufacturing a panel, by which such a surface decorative panel can be effectively manufactured.SOLUTION: In a surface decorative panel 20, a surface layer side resin layer 23 including the same main resin component as a resin composition included in a fiber-reinforced resin layer 26 is interposed between a decorative surface layer 21 forming a decorative surface and the fiber-reinforced resin layer 26. The method for manufacturing a panel is a method for manufacturing the panel 20, including supplying an uncured resin composition included in the surface layer side resin layer 23 to a back surface of a decorative sheet and then forming the fiber-reinforced resin layer 26 so as to be located on a back surface of the surface layer side resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】寸法安定性の向上が可能でありながらも、化粧層の薄型化が可能で、表面外観を向上し得る表面化粧パネル、これを備えた化粧パネル及びこのような表面化粧パネルを効果的に製造し得るパネル製造方法の提供。【解決手段】表面化粧パネル２０は、化粧面を構成する化粧層２１と繊維強化樹脂層２６との間に、繊維強化樹脂層２６を構成する樹脂組成物と樹脂主成分が同一の表層側樹脂層２３を介在させている。パネル製造方法は、化粧シートの裏面に表層側樹脂層２３を構成する未硬化の樹脂組成物を供給した後に、前記表層側樹脂層の裏面側に位置するように繊維強化樹脂層２６を形成するパネル２０の製造方法。【選択図】図１
