PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building outer surface structure having an excellent customize property, in which a variety of desired functional products may be easily attached onto a building outer surface.SOLUTION: There is provided a building outer surface structure, in which a product fixing apparatus 1 for fixing a functional product comprising a fixation target part is arranged on a building outer surface W. The product fixing apparatus comprises a long rail member 4. The rail member is formed along longitudinal direction and comprises an engaging part engaging with the fixation target part of the functional product and a power supply part capable of supplying electricity to the functional member. The fixation target part of the functional product and the engaging part are engaged so that the functional product may be fixed at a desired position in longitudinal direction of the rail member in a state where power supply may be performed from the power supply part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
