COLUMN BASE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column base structure capable of preventing requirement of a foundation structure of a large scale, and capable of preventing causing of its cost increase.SOLUTION: A column base structure comprises a column body 3 of a building structure 100, a baseplate 5 joined to a lower end part of the column body 3 and an anchor bolt 9 inserted into a bolt hole 5c formed on the baseplate 5 and joining the baseplate 5 to a foundation structure 7, and the baseplate 5 comprises a first area 5e around the bolt hole 5c for inserting the anchor bolt 9 and a second area 5f of including a joining part with the column body 3, and slits 5a and 5b are formed between the first area 5e and the second area 5f, for deforming the baseplate 5 so that the first area 5e and the second area 5f mutually incline at a relative angle in the vertical direction, when large external force X of a predetermined value or more is added to the building structure 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】規模が大きな基礎構造体が必要となることを防止すると共に、そのコスト増を招くことを防止することができる柱脚構造を提供する。【解決手段】建築構造物１００の柱本体３と、前記柱本体３の下端部に接合されるベースプレート５と、前記ベースプレート５に形成されたボルト孔５ｃに挿通されて前記ベースプレート５を基礎構造体７に接合するアンカーボルト９を備え、前記ベースプレート５は、前記アンカーボルト９が挿通するボルト孔５ｃの周囲の第１領域５ｅと、前記柱本体３との接合部を含む第２領域５ｆを有し、前記建築構造物１００に所定値以上の大きな外力Ｘが加わったときに、前記第１領域５ｅと前記第２領域５ｆが互いに鉛直方向に相対角度で傾くよう前記ベースプレート５が変形できるためのスリット５ａ、５ｂを、前記第１領域５ｅと前記第２領域５ｆの間に形成した。【選択図】図２
