ESTIMATION METHOD OF ALLOWABLE GENERATION QUANTITY OF ETTRINGITE AND DETERMINATION METHOD OF ALLOWABLE CONTENT OF SULFUR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength of a roadbed material, while avoiding protrusion of a road surface by the expansion of the roadbed material, by restraining cost and labor low.SOLUTION: In an estimation method of an allowable generation quantity of ettringite generated in a roadbed material, the estimation method of the allowable generation quantity of the ettringite is provided by including a step of calculating internal stress causable on a roadbed when restricting expansion deformation of the roadbed formed of a roadbed material on the basis of the relationship between an ettringite generation quantity in the roadbed material and an expansion coefficient in an unrestricted state of the roadbed material and the relationship between an elastic modulus of the roadbed material and the ettringite generation quantity and a step of estimating the allowable generation quantity of the ettringite on the basis of a comparison result of compressive strength of the roadbed material and the calculated internal stress.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】コストおよび手間を低く抑え、路盤材の膨張による路面隆起を回避しつつ、路盤材の強度を向上させること。【解決手段】路盤材中に生成されるエトリンガイトの許容生成量の推定方法において、上記路盤材中のエトリンガイト生成量と上記路盤材の無拘束状態における膨張率との関係、および、上記路盤材の弾性係数と上記エトリンガイト生成量との関係に基づいて、上記路盤材により形成される路盤の膨張変形が拘束される際に上記路盤に生じ得る内部応力を算出するステップと、上記路盤材の圧縮強度と、算出された上記内部応力との比較結果に基づいて、上記エトリンガイトの上記許容生成量を推定するステップと、を含む、エトリンガイトの許容生成量の推定方法が提供される。【選択図】図7
