PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system kitchen which can efficiently sterilizing a chopping board with a small amount of electrolyzed water.SOLUTION: The system kitchen is provided that comprises: a sink 190; a first faucet 135 for discharging city water to the sink 190 from above the sink 190; and a second faucet 130 for discharging electrolyzed water 161 having a sterilization action to the sink 190 from above the sink 190. In the system kitchen, the second faucet 130 discharges the electrolyzed water 161 in a diffused into spray, from a discharge port 132, and a discharge area of the electrolyzed water 161 discharged from the discharge port 132 passes through a right and left-direction center line of the sink 190 at an upper end position of the sink 190.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】 小量の電解水によって、まな板を効率的に除菌することが可能なシステムキッチンを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 シンク１９０と、シンク１９０の上方からシンク１９０に向けて水道水を吐出する第一水栓１３５と、シンク１９０の上方からシンク１９０に向けて除菌作用を有する電解水１６１を吐出する第二水栓１３０と、を備えたシステムキッチンにおいて、第二水栓１３０は、吐水口１３２から電解水１６１を霧状に拡散させて吐出すると共に、吐水口１３２から吐出された電解水１６１の吐出領域は、シンク１９０の上端位置においてシンク１９０の左右方向の中心線上を通過することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図７
