ASH GRANULATED AND SOLIDIFIED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ash granulated and solidified body which is excellent in water permeability, is excellent in the ground stability and has satisfactorily suppressed elution of a harmful component when being used as soil material such as underdrain buried material and back-filling material.SOLUTION: An ash granulated and solidified body which is obtained by kneading paper sludge incineration ash and coal ash determined by a measurement method stipulated according to JIS M 8221:1997 and having CaO content of 21 mass% or more, ferrous sulfate as reductant, at least one kind selected from polyferric sulfate and aluminum sulfate as flocculant and water, has at least one peak on a particle-size distribution curve, has a half-value width of the maximum peak of 3 to 9 mm and has an average particle size of 10 to 16 mm is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】暗渠埋設材、裏込材などの土質材料として使用した場合に、透水性に優れ、地盤安定性に優れ、有害成分の溶出が十分に抑制される灰造粒固化体を提供することである。【解決手段】JIS M 8221:1997に規定された測定方法により求められるCaO含有量が21質量%以上であるペーパースラッジ焼却灰、石炭灰、還元剤として硫酸第一鉄、凝集剤としてポリ硫酸第二鉄および硫酸アルミニウムから選択される少なくとも1種、並びに水を混練して得られ、粒度分布曲線において少なくとも1つのピークを有し且つ最大ピークの半値幅が3mm以上9mm以下であり、平均粒子径が10mm以上16mm以下である灰造粒固化体によって達成される。【選択図】なし
