PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flashing structure and a flashing material that retains water cut-off performance over a long period, in a structure that has a sealant filled between an exterior wall surface and the structure.SOLUTION: A flashing structure has a flashing material 2 installed between an exterior wall surface 51a and a roof surface. The flashing material 2 includes a base member 3 and a top member 4. The base member 3 has an edge part connected to the roof surface side, and the other edge part connected to the exterior wall surface 51a. The top member 4 covers the base member 3, and has an edge part located above the roof surface and the other edge part connected to the exterior wall surface 51a. The base member 3 has a base-side sealant receiving part 32 forming a base-side sealant storage part 71 between the base member and the exterior wall surface 51a. The top member 4 forms a top-side sealant storage part 72 above the base-side sealant storage part 71, between the top member and the exterior wall surface 51a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
