DEVICE AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING DRAIN MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for installing a drain material that enables a drain material to be installed without using an exclusive drain material installation machine, at a low cost and not only for improving a small-scale soft ground but also at a site with restrictions such as a corner part of a large-scale soft ground and a narrow area, in addition to enabling simple and accurate positioning and enhancement of work efficiency.SOLUTION: A guide track 10 that may be placed on a soft ground and used for installing a drain material in the soft ground, as well as a movable carriage 20 movable along the guide track 10, are arranged using a drain material installation device A or a drain material installation device. A drain material installation casing 50 is hoisted using a truck crane 70. A vibration hammer 90 is driven if the drain material installation device A is used, or an installation mechanism part of the movable carriage 20 is driven if the drain material installation device is used, and a drain material 41 is installed in a soft ground 80 using the drain material installation casing 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
【課題】ドレーン打設専用機を用いることなく、低コストで、小規模の軟弱地盤の地盤改良は勿論、大規模の軟弱地盤の角部や狭いエリアなど制約がある現場であってもドレーン材を打設することができ、しかも位置決めが簡単かつ確実で作業の効率を向上させることが可能であるドレーン材打設装置を提供する。【解決手段】ドレーン材打設装置Ａまたはドレーン材打設装置を用い、軟弱地盤の上に載置可能で軟弱地盤にドレーン材を打設するために用いるガイド軌道１０と、ガイド軌道１０に沿って走行可能な移動台車２０を配置し、トラッククレーン７０によりドレーン材打設用ケーシング５０を吊り上げて、ドレーン材打設装置Ａを用いる場合はバイブロハンマー９０を駆動し、ドレーン材打設装置を用いる場合は、移動台車２０の打設機構部を駆動してドレーン材打設用ケーシング５０によりドレーン材４１を軟弱地盤８０に打設する。【選択図】図１７
