PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable seamless heat insulation from an outer peripheral foundation to foundation packing.SOLUTION: A heat insulation structure 100 of a building includes an outer peripheral foundation 104 supporting the building, a foundation packing 110 installed on the outer peripheral foundation 104, a groundsill 120 installed on the foundation packing 110, a foundation heat insulation material 106 covering a side surface 104a on an outdoor side of the outer peripheral foundation 104, and a flexible packing heat insulation material 3 covering a side surface 110a on an outdoor side of the foundation packing 110. The packing heat insulation material 3 is installed on a top surface 106b of the foundation heat insulation material 106 in a pressure-deformed state, with the side surface 110a of the foundation packing 110 and a termite blocking member 10 in between.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
