PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end panel baseboard capable of being reliably attached to an end panel without requiring much labor, and a temporary scaffold with the built-in end panel baseboard.SOLUTION: An end panel baseboard comprises an end panel baseboard body, and a shaft member rotatable about the axis, which is vertically attached near both ends of the backside of the end panel baseboard body. Pawl fittings are fixed at a mutual angle of 90 degrees to upper and lower ends of the shaft member. The upper pawl fitting fixed to the upper end is horizontally opened, and the lower pawl fitting fixed to the lower end is vertically opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
