PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mechanical parking station which enables a parked vehicle to speedily leave the same without decreasing the maximum number of parked vehicles.SOLUTION: The mechanical parking station according to the present invention comprises: a parking room (2) having a plurality of parking spaces (10) arranged in a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns; a plurality of pallets (20) on each of which a vehicle can mounted and each of which can move between a pair of adjacent parking spaces among the plurality of parking spaces; a connection part (16) which adjoins one of the plurality of parking spaces and connects the outside of the parking room to the parking room; and a control part which controls movements of the plurality of pallets. Then the control part has a region setting part which sets a first region where the movement of the pallet is permitted and second regions (E1, E2) where the movement of the pallet is inhibited, and controls the pallet arranged in the first region set by the region setting part such that a pallet mounted with a vehicle and an empty pallet mounted with no vehicle are moved in the first region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】最大駐車台数を減らさずに駐車された車両を速やかに出庫できる機械式駐車場を提供する。【解決手段】この機械式駐車場は、複数行および複数列に並べられた複数の駐車スペース（１０）を有する駐車室（２）と、車両が搭載可能であり、複数の駐車スペースのうち隣接する一対の駐車スペースの間を移動可能な複数のパレット（２０）と、複数の駐車スペースの何れかに隣接し、駐車室の外部と駐車室とを接続する接続部（１６）と、複数のパレットの移動を制御する制御部とを備えている。そして、制御部は、パレットの移動を許可する第１領域と、パレットの移動を禁止する第２領域（Ｅ１、Ｅ２）とを設定する領域設定部を有し、領域設定部により設定した第１領域において、車両が搭載されたパレット及び車両が搭載されていない空のパレットを移動させるよう第１領域内に配置されたパレットの移動を制御する。【選択図】図４
