OPENING/CLOSING BODY DRIVE MOTOR AND OPENING/CLOSING BODY DRIVE SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing drive motor (system) capable of sounding by itself to notify a predetermined opening/closing operation of an opening/closing body while keeping the influence on its own drive as small as possible.SOLUTION: In an opening/closing body drive motor, a sounding operation is performed by vibrating a motor body in an audible region while a control frequency of PWM control is variable in frequencies including a frequency (for example, 1 [kHz]) in an audible range, in a section A4 where an FET of a drive circuit is driven to be turned on and off by the adjustment of the PWM control, thereby allowing window glass to be operated at a low speed. In this case, since the rotational speed of the motor body fluctuates due to the difference of the control frequency, the fluctuation of the rotational speed of the motor body due to the difference of the control frequency is corrected so that the PWM control, in which rotational speeds of the motor body with respect to the same PWM command value become equal regardless of the control frequency, is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】自身の駆動への影響を極力小さく抑えつつ、開閉体の所定の開閉作動を自身を以て発音報知することができる開閉体駆動モータ(システム)を提供する。【解決手段】PWM制御の調整により駆動回路のFETをオンオフ駆動させてウインドガラスを低速作動させる区間A4において、PWM制御の制御周波数を可聴域の周波数(例えば1[kHz])を含めて可変としてモータ本体を可聴域で振動させることによる発音動作を行う。この場合、制御周波数の違いでモータ本体の回転速度が変動するため、制御周波数の違いによるモータ本体の回転速度の変動分を補正し、同じPWM指令値に対するモータ本体の回転速度が制御周波数にかかわらず同等となるようなPWM制御を行う。【選択図】図2
