SAND COLLECTOR OF SAND SEDIMENTATION POND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater treatment facility having a sand collector for collecting sediment precipitated in a sand sedimentation pond in a sand collection pit by a low pressure sand collection method, and a method for reducing equipment cost and maintenance cost.SOLUTION: A rainwater treatment device 1 comprises a sand collector 1 of a sand sedimentation pond for collecting in a sand collection pit formed in a bottom part of the sand sedimentation pond by making sediment deposited in respective areas flow to a trough 8a formed in parallel to the water flow direction in the sand sedimentation pond on a bottom surface of the sand sedimentation pond, by injecting low pressure water, by installing nozzle headers NH1-NH6 having a plurality of nozzles along a sidewall of the sand sedimentation pond in the respective areas, by dividing the bottom surface of the sand sedimentation pond into a plurality of areas B1-B6 in the water flow direction in the sand sedimentation pond, that is, the sand collector for installing the nozzle headers NH1-NH6 of installing the nozzles at a predetermined interval in the whole areas, by forming the plurality of areas B1-B6 by equally dividing in the water flow direction in the sand sedimentation pond, by including a sand collection pit inclined plane 8b of downwardly inclining up to the bottom surface of the sand collection pit from the sidewall of the sand sedimentation pond on the bottom surface of the sand sedimentation pond.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】沈砂池に沈殿した土砂を低圧集砂方法により集砂ピットに集める集砂装置を有する雨水処理設備及び設備コスト及び保守コストの削減の方法の提供。【解決手段】沈砂池の底面を沈砂池内水流方向に複数の領域B1〜B6に分割し、各領域において複数のノズルを有するノズルヘッダーNH1〜NH6を沈砂池の側壁に沿って設置し、低圧力水を噴射させることにより、各領域に堆積した土砂を沈砂池の底面に沈砂池内水流方向と平行に形成されたトラフ8aに流し沈砂池の底部に形成された集砂ピットに集める沈砂池の集砂装置1で、沈砂池の底面を沈砂池の側壁から集砂ピットの底面まで下り傾斜する集砂ピット傾斜面8bを含めて、沈砂池内水流方向に等分割して複数の領域B1〜B6を形成するとともに、全ての領域にノズルを所定間隔で取付けたノズルヘッダーNH1〜NH6を設置する集砂装置を有する、雨水処理装置1。【選択図】図5
