DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION AND MULTILAYER CERAMIC CAPACITOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having good characteristics under high electric field intensity, especially, IR characteristics and good high temperature load life.SOLUTION: A dielectric ceramic composition contains a main component made of a perovskite type compound represented by a composition formula (BaSrCa)(TiZr)O, a first auxiliary component made of an oxide of a rare earth element and a second auxiliary component as a sintering aid, the dielectric ceramic composition contains dielectric particles 21 having high diffusivity of the rare earth element, preferably, contains complete solid particles, and when concentration of Ti atom in a diffusion phase 21b is 100 atom%, average concentration of rare earth element R in the diffusion phase 21b is 5 atom% or more, and average concentration of Zr in the diffusion phase 21b is 10 atom% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高い電界強度下においても良好な特性、特にIR特性および高温負荷寿命の良好な誘電体磁器組成物の提供。【解決手段】誘電体磁器組成物は、組成式(Ba1−x−ySrxCay)m(Ti1−ZZrZ)O3で表されるペロブスカイト型化合物からなる主成分と、希土類元素の酸化物からなる第1副成分と、焼結助剤としての第2副成分とを含む誘電体磁器組成物であって、前記誘電体磁器組成物は、希土類元素の拡散率の高い誘電体粒子21、好ましくは全固溶粒子を含み、拡散相21bにおけるTi原子の濃度を100原子%とした場合に、拡散相21bにおける希土類元素Rの平均濃度が5原子%以上であり、かつ、拡散相21bにおけるZrの平均濃度が10原子%以上であることを特徴としている。【選択図】図2
