PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flushing water supply device and a flush toilet bowl that enhance versatility.SOLUTION: A flushing water supply device according to an embodiment includes a water inlet section, a feed water valve section, a vacuum breaker section, and a water outlet section. Flushing water is led into the water inlet section. The feed water valve section is provided on a downstream side of the water inlet section, and includes a feed water valve that opens/closes a flow channel. The vacuum breaker section is provided on a downstream side of the feed water valve section, and includes a vacuum breaker. The water outlet section is provided on a downstream side of the vacuum breaker section, and has the flushing water led thereinto. The flushing water supply device according to the embodiment is divisible into a first unit and a second unit, the first unit including the water inlet section and the feed water valve section, and the second unit including the vacuum breaker section and the water outlet section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
