DRIVE CONTROL DEVICE FOR WORK MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control device for a work machine capable of avoiding unintentional operation of a drive actuator when abnormality occurs in a control solenoid proportional valve, while actualizing operation restriction necessary for keeping the work machine stable in such a configuration as to maintaining conventional operationality, thus enhancing the operationality and stability.SOLUTION: The drive control device includes stabilization control computing part 60a for computing and outputting a gentle stop command and an operation speed restriction command, a stop characteristic change part 210 including a speed increase device for correcting a pilot pressure to gently stop the drive actuator during the stop operation of an operation lever, an operation speed restriction part 240 including a speed reduction device for correcting the pilot pressure to restrict the operation speed of the drive actuator, and a speed increase cut-off device 330 for cutting off the supply of pilot pressure oil to the speed increase device when a failure of the speed increase solenoid proportional valve of the speed increase device is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4B
【課題】作業機械を安定に保つために必要な動作制限を従来の操作性を維持可能な構成で実現し、かつ制御用電磁比例弁に異常が発生した場合であっても駆動アクチュエータの意図しない動作を回避することができるようにし、操作性および安定性を高める。【解決手段】駆動制御装置は、緩停止指令および動作速度制限指令を演算・出力する安定化制御演算部60aと、操作レバーの停止操作時に駆動アクチュエータを緩やかに停止させるようにパイロット圧を補正する増速装置を含む停止特性変更部210と、駆動アクチュエータの動作速度を制限するようにパイロット圧を補正する減速装置を含む動作速度制限部240と、増速装置の増速用電磁比例弁の故障が検出された場合に増速装置へのパイロット圧油の供給を遮断する増速遮断装置330とを有する。【選択図】 図4B
