REINFORCED CAGE AND CONNECTION METHOD OF REINFORCED CAGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced cage and a connection method of the reinforced cage capable of easily connecting upper-lower reinforced cages in a short time, and easy even in management of the lap joint length.SOLUTION: A reinforced cage 10 on the present invention comprises a plate 20 provided in at least two places or more on the outer peripheral side of a lower end part 11a of a main reinforcement 11a of an upper side reinforced cage 10a and a ring 30 installed in a position lowered by the length of a lap joint or more from the upper end 11bb of a main reinforcement 11b of a lower side reinforced cage 10b, and when inserting the upper side reinforced cage 10a, an inclined plane 21 for displacing the lower end of the main reinforcement 11a of the upper side reinforced cage 10 in the radial direction by abutting between the plate 20 and the ring 30, is formed in at least one of the plate 20 and the ring 30, and when completing insertion of the upper side reinforced cage 10a, the main reinforcement 11a is displaced in the radial direction by restoring force of the main reinforcement 11a of the upper side reinforced cage 10a, and the upper end side of the plate 20 and the lower end side of the ring 30 are engaged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】短時間で容易に上下の鉄筋籠を接続できると共に、重ね継手長さの管理も容易となる鉄筋籠及び鉄筋籠の接続方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る鉄筋籠10は、上側鉄筋籠10aの主筋11aの下端部11a外周側の少なくとも2箇所以上に設けられた板20と、下側鉄筋籠10bの主筋11bの上端11bbから重ね継手以上の長さ下げた位置に取り付けられたリング30と、を備え、上側鉄筋籠10aの挿入時に、板20とリング30とが当接して上側鉄筋籠10aの主筋11aの下端を径方向へ変位させる傾斜面21が、板20又はリング30の少なくとも一方に形成され、上側鉄筋籠10aの挿入完了時に、上側鉄筋籠10aの主筋11aの復元力により主筋11aを径方向へ変位させて板20の上端側とリング30の下端側とが係合される。【選択図】図2
