PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency safety device capable of capturing containers on a shore protection structure and preventing the same from being washed out by a tsunami or a high tide.SOLUTION: A net storage body into which a tsunami can flow is arranged on a side to which a tsunami rushes of a yard for storing a marine container or a vehicle for export with a risk of being hit by the tsunami. A trapping net mounted with a floating cover which gains buoyant force when hit by the tsunami is stored in the net storage body. The trapping net can float toward the marine container on the yard so as to trap the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 津波や高潮が作用しても海岸防護構造物上のコンテナ類を捕捉確保して流出されるのを防止できるようにした非常用安全装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 津波の襲来が想定される海上コンテナや輸出車両などのヤードの津波が押し寄せる側に、津波流が進入可能なネット収納体を備え付け、このネット収納体内に、津波により浮上力を得る浮上蓋を備えた捕捉ネットを内装してヤード上の海上コンテナなどに向けて浮遊し捕捉可能な態勢になり得るようにした。【選択図】図３
