OFF-LOAD TROLLEY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress addition of components, notify an operator of excessive loading, for suppressing shortening of a service life of a machine body and maintaining machine body performance.SOLUTION: There is provided an off-load trolley comprising: a crawler type travel body; a revolving frame which is provided on the travel body so as to revolve freely; an operation chamber provided on a front part on the revolving frame; a vessel provided on a rear part on the revolving frame; and a vessel cylinder whose both ends are connected to the revolving frame and vessel, respectively. The off-load trolley comprises: a pressure sensor for detecting pressure of the vessel cylinder; a loading mass calculation device for calculating a loading mass W based on a pressure detection signal P; a storage device for storing a maximum loading mass Wmax; a determination device for comparing the loading mass W with the maximum loading mass Wmax, determining that loading is excessive loading, when the loading mass W is equal to or more than the maximum loading mass Wmax, and determining that the loading is allowable loading when the loading mass is smaller than the maximum loading mass Wmax, and outputting a determination signal J; and a notification device for notifying that, the loading is the excessive loading, at least when the loading is the excessive loading, based on the determination signal J.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】部品の追加を抑えつつ過積載を作業者に報知することで機体寿命の短縮を抑止し機体性能を維持する。【解決手段】履帯式の走行体と、走行体上に旋回可能に設けられた旋回フレームと、旋回フレーム上の前部に設けた運転室と、旋回フレーム上の後部に設けたベッセルと、旋回フレーム及びベッセルに両端が連結されたベッセルシリンダとを備えた不整地運搬車において、ベッセルシリンダの圧力を検出する圧力センサと、圧力検出信号Pを基に積載質量Wを演算する積載質量演算装置と、最大積載質量Wmaxを記憶した記憶装置と、積載質量Wと最大積載質量Wmaxと比較して、積載質量Wが最大積載質量Wmax以上であれば過積載、最大積載質量Wmaxより小さければ許容積載と判定し、判定信号Jを出力する判定装置と、判定信号Jに基づいて少なくとも過積載である場合にその旨を報知する報知装置とを備える。【選択図】 図7
