BACK FILLING MATERIAL OF PIPE LINER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back filling material of a pipe liner capable of preventing generation of level down just before curing, being cured while embedding over gaps between existing tubes and renovated tubes, and further enhancing adhesive force with the existing tubes and the renovated tubes.SOLUTION: There is provided a back filling material of a pipe liner consisting of a cement composition fixing renovated tubes to existing tubes by being injected between the existing tubes and the renovated tube arranged in an inner surface side of the existing tubes and cured, containing at least a re-emulsified powder resin for cement admixture defined in JISA 6203:2015, a thickener and water. There is provided a back filling material of a pipe liner where the re-emulsified powder resin for cement admixture is a (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer and the thickener is a cellulose derivative.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】硬化直前にレベルダウンが生じるのを防止でき、既設管と更生管との隙間の隅々まで埋め込みながら硬化させることが可能であり、さらに、既設管と更生管との付着力を高めることが可能な管内張りの裏込め材の提供。【解決手段】既設管と、該既設管の内面側に配置された更生管との間に注入され、硬化することで、既設管に更生管を固定する、セメント系組成物からなる管内張りの裏込め材であって、少なくとも、水硬性セメント、ＪＩＳＡ６２０３：２０１５に規定されるセメント混和用再乳化形粉末樹脂、増粘剤及び水を含んでなる管内張りの裏込材。セメント混和用再乳化形粉末樹脂が（メタ）アクリル酸エステル系重合体であり、増粘剤がセルロース誘導体である管内張りの裏込材。【選択図】なし
