ESTABLISHMENT METHOD FOR SOUND PROOF ROOM, SOUND INSULATION PANEL, AND ASSEMBLY TYPE SOUND PROOF ROOM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an establishment method for sound proof room, in which the sound proof room is fixed onto a structure with a comparatively small gap.SOLUTION: The establishment method of the sound proof room is an establishment method of a sound proof room in which a sound proof room formed with a plurality of sound insulation panels is fixed onto a structure at an establishment site. With a pressure adhesion mechanism comprising a fixing member which is fixed onto one of the sound insulation panes or the structure and has a screw hole extending in normal direction of the sound insulation pane, a shaft which is engaged on the screw hole and in which an engagement structure engaged with a tool on an end part at sound insulation pane side is arranged, and a vibration proof member which is supported on the shaft and pressed and attached onto the other one of the sound insulation panel or the structure along with rotation of the shaft due to expansion of a gap from the fixing member, the tool is inserted into a through hole previously formed on the sound insulation panel is inserted from inside of the sound proof room to rotate the shaft. The fixing member may be fixed inside of the through hole of the sound insulation panel or fixed onto the structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、防音室を構造物に対して比較的小さい隙間で固定できる防音室の設置方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】当該防音室の設置方法は、複数の遮音パネルから形成される防音室を設置場所の構造物に対して固定する防音室の設置方法であって、前記遮音パネル及び前記構造物の一方に固定され、遮音パネルの法線方向に延びるねじ穴を有する固定部材と、前記ねじ穴に係合し、遮音パネル側の端部に工具が係合する係合構造が設けられる軸体と、前記軸体に支持され、前記軸体の回転に伴って固定部材との間隔が大きくなって遮音パネル及び構造物の他方に圧接される防振部材とを有する圧接機構を用い、前記防音室の内側から、前記遮音パネルに予め形成される貫通孔に工具を挿入して軸体を回転させることを特徴とする。前記固定部材は、遮音パネルの貫通孔の内部に固定されてもよく、構造物に固定されてもよい。【選択図】図1
