BURNER DEVICE AND COMBUSTION METHOD FOR THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner device which can use fire-retardant residual oil containing much moisture and/or solid residues as burner fuel without modification, and a combustion method for the same.SOLUTION: A fuel oil injection nozzle 3 for injecting fuel oil and a two-fluid type residual oil injection nozzle 4 for injecting residual oil containing a solid residue and moisture together with air are both provided in a burner main body 2. A rotation-capacity type supply pump 19 and a Coriolis-type flowmeter 20 are sequentially disposed in a residual oil supply piping 16 for supplying the residual oil to the residual oil injection nozzle 4. An amount of residual oil supplied is adjusted by feedback-controlling an amount of supply of the rotation-capacity type supply pump 19 on the basis of a flow rate value detected by the Coriolis-type flowmeter 20. Then, the residual oil is injected from the residual oil injection nozzle 4 on the basis of a preset supply ratio of the fuel oil and the residual oil calculated in terms of calorie, blown into a combustion flame of the fuel oil while being atomized for mixed combustion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 水分や固形残渣分を多く含んだ難燃性の残渣油を手を加えずにそのままの状態でバーナ燃料として利用可能としたバーナ装置及びその燃焼方法を提供する。【解決手段】 バーナ本体2に燃料油を噴射する燃料油噴射ノズル3と、固形残渣分や水分を含んだ残渣油を空気と共に噴射する二流体方式の残渣油噴射ノズル4とを併設し、この残渣油噴射ノズル4へ残渣油を供給する残渣油供給配管16には回転容積形の供給ポンプ19とコリオリ式流量計20とを順に備え、このコリオリ式流量計20にて検出される流量値に基づいて前記回転容積形の供給ポンプ19の供給量をフィードバック制御して残渣油の供給量を調整する構成とする。そして、予め設定した燃料油と残渣油の熱量換算での供給比率に基づいて前記残渣油噴射ノズル4から残渣油を噴射して微粒化しながら燃料油の燃焼火炎中に吹き込んで混焼させる。【選択図】 図1
