PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete product having extremely enhancing durability such as salt resistance or acid resistance and flexure strength and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a concrete product by blending 7 to 15 pts.mass of an ettringite expansive admixture as an admixture with 100 pts.mass of a blast furnace cement B kind and having 5 N/mmor more by a flexure test method by JISA1106-1999 at material age of 14 days. There is provided a manufacturing method of the concrete product having 5 N/mmor more by a flexure test method by JISA1106-1999 at material age of 14 days by blending 7 to 15 pts.mass of the ettringite expansive admixture as an admixture with 100 pts.mass of the blast furnace cement B kind, adding water and mixing and then packing into a form, curing by holding the same at introduction time of 2 hr. or more, temperature rise of 15 to 20°C/hr. and maximum temperature of 30 to 80°C for 2 to 6 hr., releasing the form and curing the same in outdoor by material age of 14 days.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】耐塩性や耐酸性等の耐久性と曲げ強度を著しく向上させたコンクリート製品及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】高炉セメントB種100質量部に対し、混和材としてエトリンガイト系膨張材を7〜15質量部を配合してなり、JISA1106−1999による曲げ試験方法で材齢14日で5N/mm2以上であるコンクリート製品。高炉セメントB種100質量部に対し、混和材としてエトリンガイト系膨張材を7〜15質量部を配合してなり、水を加えて混練した後型詰めし、前置き時間を2時間以上、昇温15〜20℃/時間、最高温度30〜80℃で2〜6時間保持するように養生を行い、脱型後、材齢14日まで屋外養生してなる、JISA1106−1999による曲げ試験方法で材齢14日で5N/mm2以上であるコンクリート製品の製造方法。【選択図】なし
