PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip prevention tool for a ladder and a ladder that may be held stably on a roof side.SOLUTION: A slip prevention tool for a ladder includes a base member 2, a fulcrum pin 3 provided on the base member 2, a load transmission member 4 provided rotatably on the fulcrum pin 3, and pressing members 5, 5 provided on the load transmission member 4. The base member 2 has a base plate part 21 fixed on a support post 101. The fulcrum pin 3 is provided on a central part in a width direction of the base plate part 21. The load transmission member 4 has a flat plate part 41 rotatable around the fulcrum pin 3. Each pressing member 5 has a support member 6 provided on both sides of the fulcrum pin 3 on the flat plate part 41, a shoe member 7 provided on each support member 6, and a coil spring (energizing member) 8 that provides elastic force to each shoe member 7. Each support member 6 has a swinging support shaft 64, each shoe member 7 is connected rotatably with each swinging support shaft 64, and each coil spring 8 provides the elastic force to move a tip part of each shoe member 7 downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
