PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle portable device and a transmission/reception system that can increase a probability that an FSK signal can be correctly transmitted when the FSK signal is influenced by interference noise.SOLUTION: A vehicle remote controller 2 is a vehicle portable device for transmitting an FSK signal toward an ECU 3. The vehicle remote controller includes: a reverse processing unit 20 that alternately reverses a bit string of consecutively-transmitted frames by the consecutively-transmitted frame regarding a frame sequence in which a plurality of consecutively-transmitted frames made up of a bit string composed of two logical values are aligned, and generates a reverse frame in which the bit string is reversed and a non-reverse frame in which the bit string is not reversed for the consecutively-transmitted frames before reverse; and a frame transmission unit 21 for repeatedly transmitting the reverse frame and non-reverse signal generated by the reverse processing unit 20 alternately as the FSK signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
