PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet flush device capable of easily connecting a washing water supply part to a piping, and a toilet bowl and an installation method of toilet bowl.SOLUTION: A toilet flush device 1 includes: a rim side piping for flowing water to a rim water spout hole which is formed in an upper part of a bowl 80; and a washing water supply part 11 that supplies water to the rim side piping. The rim side piping has a socket part 14 which is disposed at the upstream end part. The washing water supply part 11 has a connection pipe which is connected to the socket part 14. The holding member 50 holds the socket part 14 and is disposed movably in a horizontal direction of a toilet bowl 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
