PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fold on a tatami surface to be neatly formed while improving operation efficiency by automation of a tatami surface attaching device that attaches a tatami surface to a tatami floor of a rimless tatami mat or a thin tatami mat.SOLUTION: A tatami surface attaching device 1 attaches a tatami surface to a tatami floor of a rimless tatami mat or a thin tatami mat. The tatami surface attaching device has a pressuring member 2, which can move vertically and horizontally relative to a work table 12. A tatami surface 5 is placed on the work table and a tatami floor 4 with a rear surface 43 facing upward is laid on the tatami surface so as to be positionally fixed. The pressuring member 2 has a bottom surface 21, which is at least horizontally flat surface, and a lateral surface 22, which is a vertically flat surface perpendicular to the bottom surface 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】縁なし畳や薄畳の畳床に畳表を貼り付ける畳表貼り付け装置において、自動化により作業能率を向上させながら、畳表の折り目を奇麗に形成できるように、検討した。【解決手段】縁なし畳や薄畳の畳床に畳表を貼り付ける畳表貼り付け装置１であって、畳表５を下に敷いて裏面43を上に向けた畳床4を位置固定で載せる作業台12に対して昇降自在及び水平移動自在な加圧部材２を設けてなり、加圧部材２は、少なくとも水平な平坦面である底面21と、前記底面21に直交する垂直な平坦面である側面22とを有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
