FIREPROOF RENOVATED SASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof renovated sash capable of efficiently blocking between an existing frame body and a new frame body during a fire disaster and promptly and definitely preventing communication between indoor and outdoor sides.SOLUTION: A fireproof renovated sash comprises: a new frame body, which is fixed to an existing frame body installed on a building opening; a fire-resistant fin-shaped member, which blocks between ends in a depth direction of a clearance between the existing frame body and the new frame body; and a heat expansion material, which is expanded by heating and blocks the clearance between the existing frame body and the new frame body. The fin-shaped member has a fixed part, which is fixed to the new frame body, and a fin piece, which butts against or comes close to the existing frame body. The heat expansion material is disposed near the fixed part of the fin-shaped member on the new frame body and expands toward a space formed of the existing frame body, the new frame body and the fin-shaped member when expanding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】火災時に既設の枠体と新設の枠体との間を効率的に塞ぐことができ、室内外の連通を素早く確実に防止することができる防火改装サッシを提供する。【解決手段】建物開口部に設置されている既設枠体に対して固定される新設枠体と、既設枠体と新設枠体との間隙の見込み方向の端部間を塞ぐ難燃性のヒレ状部材と、加熱により膨張して既設枠体と新設枠体の間隙を塞ぐ加熱膨張材とを備え、ヒレ状部材は、新設枠体に固定される固定部と、既設枠体に当接若しくは近接するヒレ片を有し、加熱膨張材は新設枠体のヒレ状部材の固定部近傍に設けられており、膨張時に既設枠体と新設枠体とヒレ状部材とにより形成される空間に向けて膨張する。【選択図】図3
