CONCRETE FORM SUPPORT TOOL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method using a concrete form support tool which can prevent water leakage going along a support bit and the inside of an adjustment pipe from the earth retaining wall side.SOLUTION: A concrete form support tool to be used is provided with a female screw part 36 for receiving a connection screw part 22 of a support bit 16 fixed to an earth retaining wall material 14 through an opening at one end. At the other end, the concrete form support tool is provided with an adjustment pipe 24 for connecting a member for supporting a concrete form, and a flange 26 that is arranged at one side of the adjustment pipe 24. In the flange, an adhesive seal material 42 is applied to the surface in close contact with a waterproof sheet 28 through which the connection screw part 22 of the support bit 16 is penetrated and arranged so as to surround the support bit. By avoiding torque of the flange 26 when the adjustment pipe 24 is rotated from being transmitted to the waterproof sheet 28, creases are prevented in the waterproof sheet 28 surrounding the support bit 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】土留め壁側から支持ビットと調整パイプ内を伝わる漏水を阻止することができるコンクリート型枠支持具を用いた施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】土留め壁材14に固定された支持ビット16の連結ねじ部22を、開口を通じて受け入れるための雌ねじ部36を一端に設け、他端にコンクリート型枠を支持するための部材を連結する調整パイプ24と、調整パイプ24の一端側に配置されて、支持ビット16の連結ねじ部22を貫通させて支持ビットの周囲を取り囲むように配置される防水シート28に密着する面に粘着性シール剤42を塗布したフランジ26を備えたコンクリート型枠支持具を使用する。そして、調整パイプ24を回転させたときフランジ26の回転力が防水シート28に伝わらないようにして、上記支持ビット16の周囲を取り囲む防水シート28に皺が発生するのを防ぐ。【選択図】図1
